Fresh bread is the perfect accompaniment to a breakfast, a snack or dinner. We treat our breads to a long dough and in return they spoil us with lots of taste, aroma and digestibility. Our breads rest a good 24 hours. So we can work with minimal yeast quantities or, as with our sourdough breads, do without yeast completely.We obtain the grain (rye and spelt) from the organic farm Köstl in Simmerlach. For all other ingredients (spices, yeast, seeds, ...) we also pay attention to organic quality.

If you want to know how the bread is made, you are welcome to join in the baking.
A stay in our sauna hut with subsequent cooling down in the snow or in the fresh Maibacherl invigorates and relaxes.
