  • Our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
  • It is not possible to take pets with you.
  • CHECK-IN: from 03:00 p.a.
  • CHECK-OUT: until 11:00 a.m.
  • Only cash payment is possible on site.
  • To confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the package price - we will send you an e-mail with the amount and our account details.
    After receipt of your deposit we will send you the booking confirmation by e-mail.
  • In the case of cancellations, the terms and conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations (in % of the package price) apply:
    Up to 3 months before arrival: 0%
    Up to 1 month before arrival: 40%
    Up to 1 week before arrival: 70%
    In the last week: 90%
  • The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply.
